Amusing mugs takes pride in our customer service. Returns are ONLY ACCEPTED if you contact us for a return validation number within 24 business hrs of receiving the item. Please use "ask the seller a question" to get that number.
Returns must be made within 24 hrs of receiving your return number & when we receive the item in the same condition as we sent it... we will refund original cost, minus 15% restocking fee & original postage only. The return postage is to be paid buy the buyer.
If Broken... we will only replace the product.
We do not ship international. Sorry
